Medisilk is an EU based e-store. We are fully licensed to sell and distribute medical devices and cosmetics to countries from different parts of the world.

Are the products you sell authentic?

All the items available for purchase on Medisilk’s online store are 100% genuine. We offer premium-quality dermal fillers, mesotherapy products, food supplements, and many other exceptional beauty and medical solutions. They all come in their original packaging, have all the necessary markings and were produced by trusted and renowned companies. Every item we offer is available in a sealed box that includes an expiry date, date of manufacture, lot number, and code or reference number.

Is shopping via Medisilk’s website safe?

Yes, it is. We cannot see or share your credit or debit card information because it is securely submitted to a checkout service. Also, your banking information will not be shared with third parties.

In what currency do you list your prices?

Items on the website are listed in Euro for EU clients, GBP for UK customers and USD for clients from the US and the rest of the world. They are automatically displayed in your currency based on your location.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, they don’t. VAT will be automatically added to the total value of the items you have put in your cart before you proceed to checkout, if you are a client from the EU.  If you are based outside of the EU, you will not need to pay VAT. However, you may be required to pay import duties or local taxes depending on your location.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we do. We sell the items featured in our online store to retailers at wholesale prices. We are also able to offer you personalized quotes. If you’re interested in what the bulk purchase discount for a specific item is – please get in touch with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer and debit or credit card checkout payments. If you decide to pay with a credit/debit card, know that we accept Maestro, Visa, Borica and MasterCard. If you’d prefer to pay via a bank transfer, keep in mind that, transaction fees may apply and they are covered by the customer. We will send the items you have ordered once the payment has been cleared.

Do I need to create an account on Medisilk’s website to order products from the company’s store?

No. You can easily order as s guest. However, we suggest you create an account before or during your first order. Registering on Medisilk’s e-store takes less than a minute and it is useful for clients who are planning to regularly order products from us. You can create an account prior to adding anything to your shopping cart. If you have already filled your cart with products, you are free to provide your billing details, address and other information before you place your order.

I am unable to log into my Medisilk account. What can I do?

First try restoring your password via email, using the “Forgotten password” link. If you still cannot log into your account – please contact our team. They will help you resolve the problem and gain access to your account in a timely fashion, once your identity has been verified.

When can I reach your customer care team?

Our online store is accessible 24/7. If you wish to get in touch with our courteous client support specialists, you can do that via phone, email or our online contact form from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 CET.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. We make deliveries to both EU-based and non-EU-based countries.

What shipping methods to your offer?

We offer two main methods of shipping – postal and courier deliveries. Our clients can choose between Standard and Priority Mail options, as well as between Standard and Express Courier delivery. The courier companies we use are TNT, DPD and EMS.

How long should I wait to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the client’s location and their preferred shipping method. Orders sent to EU countries via Standard Mail typically take 7-9 business days to arrive and those sent with Priority Mail – 6-7 business days. If you choose a Standard Courier Delivery for an address in the EU, your products should arrive in 3-6 business days and in 1-2 business days with Express Courier Delivery. For international shipping to non-EU countries, delivery times go as follow: Standard Postal Delivery – 15-20 business days, Priority Postal Delivery – 10-15 business days, Courier Delivery – 7-10 business days.

I was sent a product different from the one I ordered or I received items that were damaged. What do I do?

Contact us, from Medisilk, within 3 days from the time you received your delivery. Our friendly client support experts will examine closely the problem to determine whether you qualify for a recall or a refund.
