This is the detailed information regarding our purchase return policy. Make sure you read it in full before making a purchase. Also, make sure to read in full the Shipping & Delivery and Terms & Conditions pages, for further information which might be relevant to your purchase. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you are also accepting the terms of the Return Policy page.
Medisilk will take any products back as long as they have been returned within 8 working days notification from receipt of the product. However, you will have to account for a few possible scenarios that make the return possible:
- The product contains manufacturing defects
- The wrong product was received
- The product was damaged upon arrival
Medisilk will take responsibility for the safe delivery of the product that you have purchased. If you have any loss, shortage, breakage, leakage or any other structural damage occurring, we kindly ask you to notify Medisilk at firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 3 days after you have obtained or have found out about the damage of your product.
We will not be able to assist you if you report your problem later than this period. All notifications must also come with relevant pictures that show the problem that you want to report.
We kindly remind you to attach the necessary documentation so that your order may be processed in a timely fashion. If you fail to provide any of the requested information, your request will be declined.
The customer, meaning you, should cooperate fully and faithfully with Medisilk so that a claim against the carrier may be put. If the goods have been returned, you will receive a replacement or offered to be reimbursed the 100% of the value of the products.
No return after the 8th day will be accepted.
When a product is returned, do make sure to enclose a copy of the invoice and also note down what the complaint concerns are. All items will be reviewed upon being received by us and the refund viability, as well as the amount of the refund, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The default return address is the address each package has been shipped from. Our representatives will confirm the address you must return your items to, in an email. If no return address is available to the customer, items must be shipped back to the following address:
