Description
Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally produced in the body. It is present in the synovial fluid that lubricates joints, allowing them to move freely. Unfortunately, its level decreases with age or in joints, affected by osteoarthritis and this results in painful movements. The replacement of the lost hyaluronic acid helps relieve the knee pain from osteoarthritis when other treatments are helpless. This procedure is called “viscosupplementation” and involves several hyaluronic acid injections in defined periods.
Vijoint One is pure, sterile and viscoelastic gel, containing fermented hyaluronic acid, which eliminates the pain and restores the mobility of joints.
Contents of the package:
3ml prefilled sterile syringe – 20mg/ml fermented hyaluronic acid
Composition:
Hyaluronic acid sodium salt 2%.
Other ingredients: sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, water for injection.
Possible adverse effects and contraindications:
The gel is contraindicated in case of skin diseases or inflammation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of Vijoint One.
Some stiffness, redness, warmth or swelling may occur at the injected site, but they solve within several days.
