Usage Instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean and dry your dentures. Fittydent’s full adhesive strength is guaranteed only when applied to completely dry dentures.
2. Apply Fittydent by gently squeezing the tube. If cold, warm the tube in your hands to make the cream easier to dispense.
3. Apply in strips, ensuring the adhesive is not too close to the edges of the dentures.
4. To prevent clogging, close the tube immediately after use.
5. Insert dentures into your mouth and press firmly.
6. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for the first 15 minutes.

Bonding Duration:

Up to 12 hours.

Adjusting Bonding Duration:

Excessive saliva may reduce effectiveness and shorten adhesion. If you have an extremely flat or narrow lower jaw, we recommend Fittydent Adhesive Pads for better results.

Removal:

The bond weakens by the end of the day, allowing easy denture removal.

Emergency Removal:

If dentures must be removed prematurely, gently pull them downward or upward from the back side, then detach from back to front. The same applies if the bond is still strong at night and you prefer not to sleep with dentures.

Cleaning:

• For adhesive residue, clean dentures with Fittydent Cleansing Tablets.
• Milky buildup on dentures may indicate excessive adhesive or infrequent cleaning. Use less adhesive next time and clean dentures more often.
• Minor adhesive residue on dentures, gums, or palate can also be easily removed with a small amount of oil on a cotton cloth.

Helpful Tips:

• Finding the right amount may take a few tries. Start with a small amount and increase as needed for optimal hold.
• For an even stronger bond, spread the adhesive in a thin, even layer across the entire denture surface.
• If adhesion remains strong at night, leave dentures in overnight. The next day, use slightly less adhesive.
• In rare cases, patients with highly sensitive gums may experience slight tingling or burning, which subsides quickly and is completely safe. To minimize this, spread the cream thinly and wait a few seconds before inserting dentures.

Important:

Use only Fittydent Cleansing Tablets, as Fittydent adhesive is water-insoluble and cannot be removed with traditional denture cleaners.
